Finding on investigations like MRIs and X-rays must be correlated to the patient’s signs and symptoms.

The Pilates method seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination. We not only incorporate Pilates into rehab, but also offer it on a wellness basis once you have recovered.
Dry needling is a technique to treat trigger points and myofascial (soft tissue) pain. It involves the use of a solid, sterile needle into active trigger points in the muscle. This results in decreased pain and tightness in the patient.
Alex Lanton has a special interest in treating pediatric sports injuries. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment of adolescents and children. Alex uses an approach that not only makes physical therapy fun, but also effective. After your child has returned to their sport Alex can implement a sports performance program to further improve their abilities.

During this time Karl developed a thorough understanding of the needs of employees and employers alike. Karl spent 3 of those years implementing and performing an injury prevention program for a Fortune 500 company. The program resulted in a very significant reduction in injuries and consequently saved the employer several million dollars.
