Dr. Karl Bebendorf PT, DPT, OCS
Karl graduated from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 1993. As proof of Karl's commitment to continuing education completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2011. Since 2002 Karl has been Board Certified in Orthopedics, which is an accomplishment that only 2% of physical therapists achieve.
Karl has a special interest in treating back and neck pain. As someone with spinal abnormalities, scoliosis and spondylolisthesis, Karl understands living with chronic back and neck pain on a personal level. He has developed a passion for treating patients that have failed spine care elsewhere. Karl enjoys travel, biking, hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing.

Dr. Lukas Mehling, PT, DPT
Lukas hails from Columbus, Ohio. The fresh air, mountains, live music and overall beauty of Colorado brought him to the Denver area to improve the life and function of the patients he treats. Lukas graduated with his Doctorate degree from the University of Cincinnati and takes joy in rehabilitating patients from all walks of life and injuries from head to toe. In his free time Lukas enjoys recreational sports, rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and exploring the city of Denver and the surrounding adventures that Colorado has to offer.
Melissa Thomas, DPT
Melissa graduated from Colorado State University in 2008 with a Bachelors in Science, specializing in Health and Exercise Science, and also received a minor in Business Administration. Melissa competed in Track and Field and Cross Country at CSU. She was a part both the Indoor and Outdoor Mountain West Conference Championships in Track and Field. She was also an integral member of the 2008 Cross Country team that lead CSU in both a Conference and Regional Championship (earning All American).
In 2013, Melissa graduated from Stony Brook University with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She moved back to Colorado for both of her clinical rotations in orthopedic physical therapy. Melissa has worked in Colorado for almost 4 years at private practice orthopedic clinics. Her areas of specialty are in post op care for knee, ankle and shoulder rehabilitation as well any other orthopedic related injury.
Outside of working, Melissa enjoys traveling, CrossFit and biking around the city. Using her bike to get to and from work is one of the best things she enjoys about living and working in the great city of Denver.
Dr. Alex Lanton PT, DPT, OCS, CEAS
Alex graduated with his Master's and Doctorate degrees from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Alex is a board certified specialist in Orthopedics, a distinction only ~2% of therapists have. Alex has a special interest and specializes in treating spine (back pain and neck pain), pediatric injuries, and sports medicine. He focuses on functional rehabilitation and patient education to not only return patients to their prior level but to exceed it!
Alex loves the outdoors and is in the mountains whenever possible hiking, mountain biking and skiing.
Dr. Heather Yandziak PT, DPT, MTC, CMTPT
Heather received her Bachelors of Science degree from Virginia Tech, she then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University. As a commitment to continued education she then went on to get her Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St Augustine. Heather enjoys treating all ages and injuries and believes in a very hands on approach to patient care that treats the underlying cause of the problem rather than just simply eliminating symptoms. Heather specializes in spine, overhead athletes, and knee problems.
Heather is a recent transplant to Denver and enjoys pilates, hiking, snowboarding, indoor skydiving, and traveling and exploring as much as possible.
Dr. Kate Diffily, PT, DPT
Kate is a doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in Women’s Health and Vestibular rehabilitation. Kate graduated with her Doctorate degree in 2011 from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Since completing her initial schooling Kate has attained continuing education certificates in the areas of functional strengthening, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, US imaging, and caring for the pregnant patient. Kate is active in the women’s health community and is passionate about provided comprehensive care to women in every stage of their life. She also enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic issues including back and neck pain, post-operative joints, and sport injuries.
Kate is an East Coast transplant and loves everything Denver has to offer. She enjoys hiking, camping, live music, and travel.
Dr. Amanda Bloch, PT, DPT
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University, and then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine in 2016. She graduated from physical therapy school at the top of her class and with accolades for Excellence in Manual Therapy. Amanda utilizes a hands on treatment approach with emphasis in treating the patient as a whole! She enjoys treating all condition and ages, with a special interest in pilates for rehab and treatment of dancers and gymnasts.
Amanda is a recent transplant from California and is enjoying everything Colorado has to offer! Amanda enjoys pilates, dancing, hiking, and exploring her new home.
