Personal training is now offered in person at some Atlas locations or virtually from your home, office or gym. All sessions are geared towards providing functional training to help build strength and endurance and decrease the likelihood of injury.
Our coach works closely with the physical therapists to help to ensure a safe and well-rounded program is given to every client. Whether your goals are to get in shape for the first time, rehab around an injury or sports performance we can get you there.
